St. Bart’s Smithfield is a historic bar, restaurant and event venue in Farringdon, overlooking London’s iconic Smithfield Market.

St. Bart's is available for lunch and dinner reservations, after work drinks gatherings, celebrations, wedding receptions and private hire for up to 200 guests.
Hush Heath Estate is an expanding pub and boutique hotel group, with our internationally celebrated English Winery at its heart. We currently have two sites in London; The Bull & The Hide in Liverpool Street and St. Bart’s Smithfield in Farringdon. Also two sites based in Kent, near the home of our award-winning Winery.
Hush Heath Estate in Kent produces our internationally acclaimed Balfour Brut Rosé sparkling wine alongside a range of still and sparkling wines and ciders. All of the fruit for our wines and ciders is grown, vinified and bottled on our 400 acre family-run Estate which is open for tours and tasting, also available to hire as an extraordinary event venue. A short distance from our Winery are our two pub, restaurant and boutique inns, The Goudhurst Inn and The Tickled Trout. All of our venues specialise in wine (naturally) and all Hush Heath products are readily available by the glass and bottle.
